chocolate chip banana cupcakes with peanut butter frosting :)

I used Lindt 70% cocoa dark chocolate roughly chopped. About a bar and a half

To make the batter you just dump all the ingredients in the processor and whiz it up until smooth.  Then I folded in the chocolate chunks

The peanut butter was already nice and fluffy to start with.  I've never seen whipped peanut butter before, it had such a nice light texture.

A classic combination that everyone loves-chocolate, peanut butter and banana....mmmm mmm.
